A participatory social movie about cities
Our proposal stems from one main idea: Reacting to repetition. We create a universe of shapes and letters that expands and adapts to spaces and that flees from monotony and uniformity.
Reaction is a video installation «in continuous evolution» that tells the story of the city through the eyes of all those who live in it and walk through it. An innovative artistic, social and communication tool.
Reaction is the first participatory artwork created with images recorded by citizens showing diverse and heterogeneous cities, created by the Italian video artist Pietro Jona, it was born with a vocation of continuity, of growing with each new edition. It began in Rome with an installation at the MACRO Museum of Contemporary Art, continuing in Madrid, establishing its main headquarters at the Conde Duque Centre and with hundreds of simultaneous points of view, creating an original and unprecedented image. It is a broad and ambitious project that plans to expand to other cities such as New York and Naples in the coming months.
